Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms apply to the apps on samgraz.com, samg.us and their subdomains (the “service”), a personal, invite-only set of web tools run by Sam Graziano (“I” or “me”). By using the service, including by creating content or opening a shortlink, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Access is by invitation only and uses Google sign-in. You’re responsible for activity on your account. I may suspend or remove any account at any time, for any reason.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create, upload, link to or share anything that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children (this is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement);
- contains or links to malware, phishing or other deceptive or harmful sites;
- harasses, threatens or invades the privacy of others;
- infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- is spam, or is meant to disguise where a link really goes for a harmful purpose.
You also agree not to probe, overload or try to get around the service’s security or access controls.
Your content
You keep ownership of the links and images you create. You give me permission to store, display and deliver them as needed to run the service. Shortlinks and screenshots are public to anyone who has the link, so only share what you’re comfortable making public. You’re responsible for having the right to share everything you upload or link to.
Removal
I may remove any content or disable any shortlink at any time, including in response to a complaint. To report a problem with a link or image, contact hello@samg.us.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, have downtime or be discontinued at any time, and content may be lost, so keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. The service is free, and my total liability for any claim is limited to $0.
Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
